Delivery / Set Up Fee
Please see Security Deposit details.
Charges will be quoted for events outside of this area.
Delivery and set up charge:
- Within 6 miles £ Free
- 6-10 miles £30.00
- 10-15 miles £40.00
- 15-20 miles £45.00
Non - refundable Deposits and Cancellations
Payment
- A 50% non-refundable deposit to payable upon booking to secure date via bank transfer (we do not accept cash) The deposit can be transferred to an alternative date due to weather restrictions.
- Bookings are not confirmed until deposits have been paid and received.
- Payment of a deposit is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The balance of any Party Prop Hire is due 7 days before your event.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
Security Deposit
We will require a security deposit of £50 (no cash or cheques) for any prop hire products. This payment is refunded as soon as the products is returned in good order.
Where we do not request a deposit security. Upon return if any hire products are lost, damaged or stolen, the client will be invoiced accordingly within 7 days.
Overnight Fee
If you require overnight hire for any of the products, the fee of £25 per night will be added to your invoice.
We must be able to collect the following day before 12 noon.
*Please note we cannot leave any of our Party Styling hire products in a public venue (pubs, halls, hotels etc) for insurance purposes.
Hosted Parties
Payment

- We require at least 30 minutes to set up and clear any Hosted Party Props.
- We require 1 adult host/parent to be in attendance, during the hosted parties.
Collections
Upon full payment is transferred, we will send you a collection time for NN4.
Please see our Cancellation Policy.
Please ensure you are prompt in collecting your Balloon Bouquet, as other customers could be collecting afterwards.
Our Commitments
1. Deliver and decorate your event, as per agreed booking on the date and time specified and to return to dismantle and remove, on agreed date and time specified.
2. We will only substitute items where the supplier has stock issues. We will not be liable for any delays caused by any circumstances, beyond our control.
3. To provide a friendly, fun party atmosphere for all of our guests!
4. Exquisite Party Styling Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or theft, to any personal property, used through the duration of the hire period.
5. To provide if requested, certification for DBS checks, Public Liability Insurance and PAT certification, for any electrical hire equipment.
6. To refund any security deposits in good time, after collecting all Party Hire products.
Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 1 month before your event, or 1 week if you have placed a Balloon Bouquet order.
- Any monies paid, less your 50% deposit (or 50% if Full amount payment) will be refunded or we will try to book another date and time only if available.
- Exquisite Party Styling Ltd reserve the right to cancel your hire at any time. In the unlikely event of this happening, you will receive a full refund. However, Exquisite Party Styling Ltd will not accept any responsibility or liability for any losses or any other costs incurred as a result.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
Clients Commitment
- The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space is available, for the equipment to be set up. Please check the measurements via the Product pages. We are happy to confirm dimensions prior to booking.
- Exquisite Party Styling Ltd will not refund any monies, paid in the event, that adequate space is not available for set up.
- Please ensure the designated space for set up is cleared of any furniture.
- We have to the right to refuse set up, if the garden space is not cleared of animal excrement or could cause damage to the equipment.
- Please refrain from smoking near any hire equipment owned by Exquisite Party Styling Ltd.
- Please ensure all removal of any rubbish, recycling and personal property prior to collection.
- During the period of hire, the Hirer will be solely responsible for the hired goods until collection.
- We may request a security deposit of £50.00 to cover any theft, damage or staining of the equipment owned by Exquisite Party Styling Ltd.
- If upon collection any theft, damage or staining is found on our equipment, you will incur additional charges. An invoice will be sent within 14 days.
- Please ensure all refuse and party rubbish is cleared before we return to collect. We will rinse all EPS re-useable tableware at collection where possible.
- Unless agreed at time of booking, all electrical equipment is dry hire only. Please do not place any electrical hire equipment outdoors.
Weather Conditions (Force Majeure)
- We will endeavour to reschedule your date, during extreme weather conditions where we can. We cannot be held responsible for weather changes on the day of your event.
- Exquisite Party Styling Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for liability for losses or other costs incurred as a result of: acts of god including fire, flood, storm or natural disasters, war, sabotage or acts of terrorism, government sanctions, labor disputes including strikes, lockouts, boycotts or other industrial action, failure in transport of equipment or in the provision pf services.
Weather Conditions (Outdoors Hire Equipment)
- The Hirer is responsible for arranging alternative indoor space, for the hire equipment to be set up, if the weather conditions change. (See client commitment regarding this change of set up)
COVID-19 Government Guidelines
- In the event you have to cancel your booked event due to COVID, all cancellation procedures will remain the same. Please see our cancellation paragraph.
- The Exquisite Party Styling Ltd Team will adhere to current COVID-19 business guidelines, whilst setting up the hire equipment. All hire equipment will be hygienically cleaned before, during set up and after hire.
- Please call us to discuss our COVID safe procedures.
- We reserve the right to make suitable theme replacements due to Supplier Stock out's and delivery disruption due to COVID. We will always contact you to discuss major supplier issues.
Day Hire Delivery & Collection Times
Where we only offer Day hire, we will arrange a suitable time to deliver and set up from
9.00 am Tuesday to Sunday.
We will collect throughout the day up to 6pm.
We allow time between bookings, however we cannot affect other bookings due to delay.

Social Media, Use of Photography
We will always obtain permission before posting any photography or video's of your event showing any guests.
Venue Access
We only allocate 1.5/2 hours set up for your party, so we will need to start setting up as arranged at your chosen time. We allow time between bookings, however we cannot affect other bookings due to delay.
Can You Supply Personal Party Decorations
Yes of course, however we allocate the set up time for the EPS decorations, so will not be able to provide any additional set up timings.
